If your university is an ISC exchange partner and you are interested in participating, you must first inform your home university and be nominated by them. After your nomination, you will receive all the necessary instructions.

Free Movers

If you are interested in studying at ISC Paris as a free mover (an independent student applying directly, without going through a partner university), for one semester or one year, please contact exchange@iscparis.com. Applications are open to students with or without a university partner.

Nomination

To come to ISC Paris as an exchange student, you have 2 options:

  • Nominated by one of our partner institutions
  • If you are a partner institution, please use this link to nominate your students.

NOMINATIONS DEADLINES :

  • Fall semester: May 15
  • Spring semester: October 15

 

Free Mover

  • Contact exchange@iscparis.com by email with the following information:
  • Full name – Home university -Email address – Level of study -Field of study

*Normally, all nominated exchange students are accepted for studies at ISC Paris if you follow all the steps and have all the documents.

You will receive your Letter of Acceptance once you finish the application form.

Step 1: Application Form

Once you have been nominated by your home university or accepted as a free mover, you will receive an email with the link to the application. The required documents are in the next section.

Application deadlines:

  • Fall Semester: 1 June
  • Spring Semester: 1 November

Acceptance letter

Once you receive the acceptance letter, it means that your documents and exchange application have been accepted, but you still need to follow the next steps.

Step 2: Register platform

Register on the ISC Paris Study&Co platform using the link sent to you via email. This is a mandatory step in your application process. You will find a wealth of information regarding housing, healthcare, and other administrative services in France. 

Step 3: Choose courses

Once you have been nominated by your home university and also finished the application, you will need to choose the courses.

You will receive the course list by email, and you will need to enroll.

Please note your home university must validate your choices prior to your enrollment.

  • One full semester consists of 30 ECTS.
  • Minimum accepted is 15 ECTS.

  4. Transcript of records (latest one)
  5. Health Insurance (Must be valid during your entire stay)
  6. Proof of English Level :

TOEFL IBT test minimum score: 79/120 points

TOEFL ITP test minimum score: 543/677 points

TOEIC test minimum score: 785/990 points

IELTS test minimum score: 6.5 points

Duolingo test minimum score: 90 points

Cambridge minimum score : B2

CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, for students who wish to take course taught in French): minimum score B2
