Btissam Moncef est enseignant-chercheur et responsable du MSc Supply Chain Management. Elle est également membre de l’Association Internationale de Recherche en Logistique et Supply Chain Management (AIRL-SCM). Ses recherches se concentrent principalement sur le dernier kilomètre de livraison, la logistique urbaine et la consommation responsable, en intégrant les défis environnementaux et technologiques au sein de la supply chain.
Btissam Moncef is a lecturer and researcher, as well as the head of the MSc Supply Chain Management program. She is also a member of the International Association for Research in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (AIRL-SCM). Her research focuses primarily on last-mile delivery, urban logistics, and responsible consumption, while integrating environmental and technological challenges into the supply chain.

Btissam MONCEF a publié des articles dans des revues scientifiques internationales listées CNRS et FNEGE telles que Transportation Research, Décisions Marketing, Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management, Management & Avenir, Logistique & Management et Finance, Contrôle et Stratégie. Elle est également co-auteure de chapitres d’ouvrage sur les Supply chains internationales et sur les grands auteurs en logistique et supply chain management (Éditions EMS, labellisé FNEGE).
Btissam MONCEF has published articles in internationally recognized scientific journals indexed by the CNRS and FNEGE, such as Transportation Research, Décisions Marketing, Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management, Management & Avenir, Logistique & Management, and Finance, Contrôle et Stratégie. She is also a co-author of book chapters on international supply chains and key authors in logistics and supply chain management (published by EMS Editions, a FNEGE-labeled publisher).
