Présentation

Giang Phung a obtenu un doctorat en finance à l’ESCP et à Paris 1 Sorbonne en 2019. Elle a également obtenu un Master en Management à l’ESCP Business School en 2013 ainsi qu’un MBA au CFVG en 2009. Elle enseigne la finance-contrôle à l’ISC Paris depuis 2019. Avant et pendant ses études supérieures en France, elle a acquis une riche expérience dans le secteur bancaire et financier auprès de banques, de sociétés d’assurance et d’audit de premier plan (HSBC, AXA, KPMG), d’organisations gouvernementales (Ministère de la Technologie et des Sciences, Vietnam) et de startups. Ses recherches portent sur la finance durable, la performance bancaire, la réglementation financière et la finance des marchés émergents. Ses articles ont été publiés dans diverses revues académiques de renom, notamment le Journal of Mathematical Economics, Business Strategy and the Environment, Economics of Transition and Institutional Change et Emerging Markets Finance and Trade. Elle est également arbitre pour plusieurs revues universitaires, notamment le Journal of World Business, le Scandinavian Journal of Management, l’International Review of Economics and Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, la Singapore Economic Review, Quantitative Finance and Economics et PLOS ONE.

Giang Phung obtained a Ph.D. degree in Finance from ESCP & Paris 1 Sorbonne in 2019. She also received a Master in Management, ESCP Business School in 2013 as well as an MBA from CFVG in 2009. She has been teaching Finance-Control at ISC Paris since 2019. Before and during her higher studies in France, she accumulated rich experience in the banking-finance sector with world-leading banks, insurance, or audit companies (HSBC, AXA, KPMG), government organizations (Ministry of Technology and Science, Vietnam), and startups. Her research focuses on sustainable finance, banking performance, financial regulations, and emerging market finance. Her articles have been published in a variety of well-known academic journals, including the Journal of Mathematical Economics, Business Strategy and the Environment, Economics of Transition and Institutional Change, and Emerging Markets Finance and Trade. She also serves as a referee for several academic journals including Journal of World Business, Scandinavian Journal of Management, International Review of Economics and Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, Singapore Economic Review, Quantitative Finance and Economics, and PLOS ONE.
