Présentation

Nino TANDILASHVILI (doctorat, 2015) est le professeur de management et de marketing à l’ISC Paris et la responsable du master Conseil et Gestion de projet. Elle a auparavant exercé des fonctions management à l’échelle internationale. Elle a été cheffe de projet international chez Bureau Veritas où elle a travaillé sur des projets de transformation digitale et conduite de changement (plus de 20 pays), et directrice de l’enseignement continue à l’ISET (Géorgie). Nino TANDILASHVILI publie régulièrement dans des revues classées FNEGE et ABS des articles portant sur les transformations dans les administrations publiques et les évolutions dans l’enseignement supérieur. En 2024 elle a gagné le prix de l’innovation pédagogique à l’ISC Paris.

Nino Tandilashvili (PhD, 2015) is a professor of Management and marketing at ISC Paris Business School where she also manages a master’s degree in Consulting and project management. Before the academic path, Nino Tandilashvili had over 10 years of experience in Management. She was an international project manager at Bureau Veritas (France) where she worked on digital transformation and change management in over 20 countries and a head of the executive education department at ISET (Georgia). Her research interests cover managerial transformations in public administration and evolutions of the higher education field. She regularly publishes in leading academic reviews (FNEGE and ABS ranking). In 2024 she won a prize for teaching innovation at ISC Paris.
