An HR Manager shapes the employee experience from recruitment through exit. They craft and implement people strategies that align with corporate objectives, ensure compliance with the Labour Code (Code du travail in French), and foster a positive workplace culture. By analyzing HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism and engagement,they identify areas for improvement and design initiatives (flexible working, training plans, wellness programs) that boost productivity and loyalty.
